Are you a registered pharmacy ?
Yes. We are a government registered pharmacy with retail license to sell, stock or exhibit all drugs excluding those specified in Schedule X. Our drug license number is available upon request.

How safe are the medicines that we buy ?

The medicines that you purchase at our pharmacy are procured directly from world-class pharma companies like Pfizer, Novartis, GSK, Cipla, Ranbaxy, Merck and other leading manufacturers. The medicines are manufactured under strict government supervision (FDA and CDSCO) which ensures appropriate standards and safety protocols are followed.

Do you offer the same medicines as prescribed by my doctor ?

We dispense the same medicines (name, color, packaging, dosage – all remains the same!) that your doctor prescribes. we never substitute any medicines with their equivalents unless the doctor prescribes the salt names of the medicines.

Do you offer medicines without prescription ?

Sale of drugs is covered under various central and state laws. Government of India has mandated compulsory prescription for certain medicines like schedule H/H1 drugs. For those medicines, we need a valid prescription which needs to be verified at the time of delivery.

What details do you require for a prescription to be valid ?
Every prescription should have following details:
1. Doctor’s name, degree and registration number
2. Clinic/ hospital’s name and address with phone number
3. Patient’s name, age, gender and weight
4. Date of prescription, validity of prescription (single use, continued use)
5. Medicine name, dosage and frequency
Note that it is upto the discretion of the pharmacist to ask for more information depending on the nature of the medicines prescribed.
What information do you need to process my order ?

We need a valid prescription, customer’s name, address and phone number. Once the order is processed, you can show the original prescription and pay the bill amount at the time of delivery.

How do you deliver my medicines ?

We have a delivery team who will bring the medicines to your home. We transport the medicines in temperature controlled boxes as appropriate to maintain the safety and efficacy of medicines.

How safe is my data?
We never share your data (name, phone number, address, email address and medicine name) with any other person or company. It can be accessed only by our pharmacist to process your order.
What is your return policy on medicines ?
We understand that various circumstances may lead you to return a product that are no longer required. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt. You will receive a full refund within 7 working days of the receipt of medicines.

What home health services do you provide?
We currently provide care provider assistance, nurse assistance, physiotherapy, vaccination services and health coaching at the comfort of your home. We provide these services through our network partners who employ clinicians who are specially trained in both clinical and non-clinical care delivery.

How does it work?
Step 1: Call our customer service at +91 948 949 2020 and register your name and address
Step 2: We will contact you within 24 hrs to understand your request
Step 3: We will put together a team of care-providers in 24-48 hrs depending on the nature of your request
Step 4: You start receiving the care for the desired duration
How much does each service cost?
The cost for each of the service varies depending on the type of service provided and the time spent with the patient.
We will provide an exact cost before starting our service. There will not be any hidden charges and remember, our aim is to make chronic care more affordable and accessible.
How qualified is your home health team?
All our nurses are certified nurses who have completed a nursing degree and have prior experience working in a hospital.
Our care providers are not medical professionals. But they are trained for providing basic medical assistance like vitals monitoring and above all take care of your loved ones in a more caring manner.
Our doctors are all practicing doctors with significant experience in their related fields.
What are the different services that your care providers will do?
Our care providers will help you in taking your medicines, help you in feeding, moving around, toiletry needs, personal grooming and vitals monitoring. They will act as a good companion to you or your loved ones and provide most of the non-clinical services.
What are the different services that your nursing team will do?
Our trained nurses can assist you in post-surgical recovery, wound cleaning and dressing, suture removal, IV infusion, injections, catheterization, measuring vitals, etc.
Do you also offer doctor consultations at home?
Yes. We do provide doctor consultations at home for patients with mobility problems. The frequency and cost of the visit depends on the nature of the patient and the treatment involved.
